Adrian Espinoza is a Partner at Espinoza & Molina, where he leverages a unique blend of expertise in both tax and immigration matters. As a Tax Consultant, he focuses on complex areas including international tax compliance, foreign income reporting, and real estate transactions. Adrian is known for his strategic approach in guiding clients through the intricacies of the tax code and has a strong track record of representing individuals and businesses before federal and state taxing authorities.
In addition to his tax practice, Adrian has extensive experience in immigration processes and in-depth knowledge of family-based immigrant visas, consular processing, naturalization, DACA, Advance Parole, and inadmissibility waivers. This cross-disciplinary background allows him to provide clients with comprehensive support in both financial and immigration-related matters.
A San Diego native, Adrian earned his Juris Doctor from Western Sierra Law School. He is an Enrolled Agent, federally authorized by the IRS to represent taxpayers, and is registered with the California Secretary of State as an Immigration Consultant, backed by a valid Immigration Consultant Bond. Adrian also serves as an educator, leading IRS-sponsored taxpayer education seminars.

Andrea Molina is a partner at Espinoza & Molina, where she serves as the Immigration Case Manager overseeing our business immigration workload. As the Immigration Case Manager, Andrea assists clients in understanding the immigration process and prepares, translates, and completes the necessary immigration forms specific to each client’s case, as requested. Should clients require legal representation, they will be referred to an appropriate attorney.
With a degree in paralegal studies, Andrea pays close attention to every detail of the case to ensure it meets all administrative requirements set by the accepting agency. She holds a valid Immigration Consultant Bond and is registered with the California Secretary of State as an Immigration Consultant.
A native of Guadalajara, Mexico, and the daughter of immigrants, Andrea has a personal understanding of the immigration process. Her firsthand experience with the challenges applicants face, combined with her passion for helping others, distinguishes her from other consultants.

Ivette Luna, AFSP, is a dedicated Tax Return Preparer at Espinoza & Molina with a strong track record of helping clients navigate the ever-changing tax code since 2017. With a focus on individual tax returns, Ivette excels at interpreting complex tax laws and applying them to real-life situations in a clear and practical way. Her client-centered approach ensures that each return is prepared accurately and with careful attention to detail.
Ivette's background includes academic studies in accounting, which have strengthened her technical understanding of personal and business finances. She is registered with the California Tax Education Council (CTEC), which authorizes her to prepare taxes professionally in the state of California. In addition to holding the Annual Filing Season Program (AFSP) credential from the IRS, Ivette continually updates her knowledge to stay current with new tax laws and filing requirements.
Originally from Guadalajara, Mexico, Ivette brings warmth and dedication to her work and her community. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and has a well-known love for Coca-Cola.
Ashley Figueroa joined Espinoza & Molina in 2023 as a student mentee and quickly distinguished herself through her strong work ethic, professionalism, and eagerness to learn. Her dedication and rapid development have earned her the role of Receptionist, where she serves as the welcoming face and first point of contact for clients.
Ashley’s background in business management—gained through hands-on experience at her family’s local restaurant—has equipped her with exceptional organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset. Her interest in pursuing a degree in Accounting further highlights her commitment to personal growth and her value as a team member.
Known for her friendly demeanor, positive attitude, and superior customer service skills, Ashley ensures that every client interaction is warm and professional. A native of San Diego, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family outside of work.
Blanca Lira is the principal bookkeeping partner at Lombard Bookkeepers and a valued collaborator of Espinoza & Molina. She holds a degree in Accounting from Universidad La Salle Bajío in León, Guanajuato, and has been working in the accounting field since 2015.
Her experience spans international enterprises, foreign individuals, and complex bi-national accounting matters, making her uniquely equipped to handle cross-border financial challenges.
