About Us

Adrian Espinoza, Business Manager of Espinoza & Molina, brings  a distinctive combination of expertise in tax and immigration matters to his role as a Tax Consultant. With a focus on international tax issues, foreign income reporting, and real estate transactions, Adrian helps clients navigate the complexities of the tax code. He has a proven track record of successfully representing taxpayers before taxing authorities.

Adrian's experience extends to immigration processes, having worked as a paralegal under immigration attorneys. This has given him a solid understanding of administrative procedures involved in family-based immigrant visas, consular processing, citizenship, DACA, Advance Parole, and inadmissibility waivers.

A native of San Diego, Adrian earned his law degree from Western Sierra Law School. He is an Enrolled Agent authorized by the IRS to represent taxpayers and is registered with the California Secretary of State as an Immigration Consultant, holding a valid Immigration Consultant Bond. Adrian is also an educator for IRS-sponsored taxpayer educational seminars.

Andrea Molina serves as the Immigration Case and Administrative Manager at Espinoza & Molina, overseeing our business immigration workload. As the Immigration Case Manager, Andrea assists clients in understanding the immigration process and prepares, translates, and completes the necessary immigration forms specific to each client’s case, as requested. Should clients require legal representation, they will be referred to an appropriate attorney.

With a degree in paralegal studies, Andrea pays close attention to every detail of the case to ensure it meets all administrative requirements set by the accepting agency. She holds a valid Immigration Consultant Bond and is registered with the California Secretary of State as an Immigration Consultant.

A native of Guadalajara, Mexico, and the daughter of immigrants, Andrea has a personal understanding of the immigration process. Her firsthand experience with the challenges applicants face, combined with her passion for helping others, distinguishes her from other consultants.
