Adrian Espinoza EA, JD
Espinoza & Molina business manager Adrian Espinoza brings a unique blend of Tax law and Immigration law knowledge to his practice as a Tax Consultant focusing on international tax issues, foreign income reports and real estate transactions. Adrian helps clients navigate the complex tax code and has had great success representing taxpayers before taxing authorities.
Having worked under immigration attorneys as paralegal, Adrian has a strong understanding of the administrative procedures and process that many come across with their immigration filings . His experience includes family related immigrant visas, the consular process, citizenship, DACA, Advance Parole, and inadmissibility waivers.
A San Diego native, Adrian Espinoza earned his law degree from Western Sierra Law School. He is duly admitted by the IRS to represent taxpayers before the IRS as an Enrolled Agent. Adrian Espinoza is registered with the CA Secretary of State as an Immigration Consultant and possess a valid Immigration Consultant Bond. Adrian Espinoza is an educator for IRS sponsored Taxpayer Educational Seminars

Andrea Molina
Espinoza & Molina Immigration Case and Administrative Manager Andrea Molina handles our business immigration workload. As the Immigration Case Manager, Andrea assists our clients understand the immigration process, prepare, translate and complete the necessary immigration forms for the clients particular case under the request of the client. If the client needs legal representation, one will be referred to the client.
With a degree in paralegal studies, Andrea focuses on every detail of the the case to make sure that it meets all administrative procedures set by the accepting agency. Andrea Molina possesses a valid Immigration Consultant Bond and is registered with the California Secretary of State as an Immigration Consultant.
As a native of Guadalajara, Mexico and daughter of immigrants, Andrea understands the immigration process first hand. Andrea understands the challenges applicants face when deciding to start their immigration application and her passion to help others is what really sets her apart from other consultants.
