A San Diego native, Adrian Espinoza earned his law degree from Western Sierra Law School. He is duly admitted by the IRS to represent taxpayers before the IRS as an Enrolled Agent. Adrian Espinoza is registered with the CA Secretary of State as an Immigration Consultant and possess a valid Immigration Consultant Bond. Adrian Espinoza is an educator for IRS sponsored Taxpayer Educational Seminars
